To obtain an estimate of the anaesthetic fee for your upcoming procedure, you are encouraged to make contact with us as soon as possible. The following form must be submitted. By including your mobile phone number and email address on this form, you are authorising us to contact you via email and/or SMS if required. Please note that all mandatory fields must be completed.
Estimates will be sent to you via email whenever an email address has been provided and in most cases, we will endeavour to respond the same or the following business day (Monday to Friday only). PLEASE NOTE: If your procedure is unscheduled or booked 3 or more weeks ahead, please allow 3-5 days as our priority is to manage estimates for procedures which are booked within the next fortnight. If you do not receive the estimate within this timeframe, please ensure you check your spam folder before contacting us.
